There are natural ways to combat anxiety and headaches. The most delicious way is easily this lavender recipe.

Lavender oil is one of the most powerful oil for health and wellness. It has a chemically complex structure containing more than 150 active constituents. It also has magical antiseptic, antibacterial, antimicrobial, and detoxifying properties. It also is freaking delicious.

How to make it ?

Ingredients

  • 6 organic lemons, peeled and juiced.

  • 1 drop of lavender essential oil.

  • 12 cups of pure water.

  • 1 cup of raw honey.

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together, and serve over ice.
